As a Corpus Christi native, I’ve had the privilege of traveling the world during my time in the Army, gaining valuable perspectives that shape my approach to therapy. Now, as a therapist, business owner, spouse, and parent of four, I understand the complexities of balancing life’s demands while prioritizing well-being. With the support of my incredible family, I am committed to helping others find clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
